As we work with a pre-manufactured stock, we can deliver your package to the courier company within 2 business days of placing the order. This means that you can pick up your order throughout Europe within 8 business days. The list of available destination countries and shipping charges can be seen during checkout.
The stock related information is constantly updated in our shop. If you see that an item has run out of a certain size, we will most likely need some time to replenish the stock. So if you have your eyes on something, make sure to grab it fast to avoid disappointment.
Please check the size of the T-shirts carefully before ordering. If you receive your order and the fit isn't right that is no problem at all, just send us an email to email@example.com. All we need to know is your order number and what size you want in exchange. If the desired size is still in stock, we will automatically send it to you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 31 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 31 days after the estimated delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
